Who is responsible
Oscata with Sergio / Private Rural Italy is coordinated by Sergio Lapenna. For general questions, advisor introductions or exploratory contact, use the contact form. For privacy questions or data requests, use the privacy contact form.
Inquiry and contact data
When you submit a private inquiry, the site may collect the information you provide in the form, including name, email address, phone or WhatsApp contact, country or city, language needs, preferred dates, group composition, children or teenagers under 18, pets, personal staff, accommodation preferences, food needs, allergies, mobility notes, medical notes, media privacy preferences and any final notes you choose to share.
This information is used to review the request personally, assess fit, timing, safety, practical feasibility, privacy needs and possible next steps. Submitting the form does not confirm the experience, dates, accommodation, availability or final price.
When you submit the general contact form, the site may collect your name, email address, role or organization if provided, and message. This information is used only to reply to the contact request and assess possible next steps.
Please share only information that is relevant to the request. If you voluntarily include health, allergy, mobility or dietary information, it is used only to understand safe and practical arrangements.
How data is handled
Inquiry submissions are sent by email to Sergio and stored as unpublished ProcessWire records for private review. They are not published on the website and are not sold to third parties.
Messages sent through the general contact form are sent by email to Sergio and used only to reply to the message or continue the conversation when appropriate.
Messages sent through the privacy contact form are used only to answer privacy questions or data requests.
Data may be processed by technical providers necessary to operate the website, email and hosting. Access is limited to what is needed for hosting, maintenance, email delivery, security and request handling.
Retention
Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle the request, maintain an appropriate private record, comply with legal obligations, resolve issues or protect the legitimate interests of the project. You can ask for deletion when the information is no longer needed.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses essential technical storage needed for normal operation, security and form handling. These are necessary and cannot be disabled through the cookie banner.
Optional analytics may be used through Google Analytics 4 only if you accept the Statistics category. Analytics helps understand visits and improve the website. If you reject analytics, the site remains usable.
Google Analytics may process data outside the European Economic Area. Analytics is not loaded before consent. You can review or change your choice at any time through Cookie preferences.
Your rights
If GDPR applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to request portability where applicable. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
To exercise a privacy right or ask a question, use the privacy contact form.
Children and teenagers under 18
The experience is reviewed and arranged through adults. If children or teenagers under 18 are included in an inquiry, provide only the information needed to assess supervision, safety and practical suitability.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the project, website, analytics setup or legal requirements evolve.
