The most natural time is usually summer or the season around summer. The straw-fired oven is easier to manage in warmer, drier weather, and the garden and outdoor parts of the experience are easier to coordinate. Other periods can still be reviewed case by case.
Accommodation is separate. A raw family-house option may be considered only for suitable guests, with clear disclosure. Advisors or guests may also choose external accommodation.
